With over 30 years of C-Suite experience, Laurie holds multiple credentials including NJ Nursing Home Administrator, NJ Certified Assisted Living Administrator, SHRM-CP and Infection Control Preventionist.

Laurie Loughney began her professional life 40 years ago as a social worker and administrator. In 1998, she became a licensed nursing home administrator. She ultimately became the Chief Operating Officer of a large continuing care retirement community, a position she held for 15 years. In 1998, she began teaching and managing a course for prospective assisted living administrators. From this humble beginning, Longtree & Associates was born.
